Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please do not remove/discard any protective/packaging materials prior to returning it. Any returned items must be in unworn condition.


Please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange a return or option for return will be null and void.

Shipping both ways will be at the buyer’s expense.

 

Refund Policy:

Once we receive the returned item it will be inspected to ensure it has been returned in the condition that it was sent, then the refund will be processed to the customer.

Please note, US$30 will be deducted from total refund for airmail shipping and additional fees will be deducted for EMS shipping. For example, if total cost is US$280 for a package with EMS shipping, then refund will be US$280 minus US$50 = US$230.

 

Shipping Policy:

HKED Watches is based in Hong Kong and our watches are shipped internationally by registered mail (Airmail or EMS). Therefore you must be aware that any orders may be subject to Customs Duty specified by the receiver’s country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer or person placing the order.

Tracking info is provided and depending on your location, delivery takes anywhere between 3-14 working days. This is an estimate only and does not include time spent in customs.  

 

Warranty information

Your watch is covered by a one year warranty which covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions. If your watch needs to be repaired due to issues or damage caused by the buyer, all shipping costs and service fees will be at the buyer’s expense. We will cover shipping for any manufacturing defects whilst under warranty. Opening of the watch for any reason voids warranty.
